Candidate declaration

I confirm that the information I provide in this registration is true, complete, and my own. I am registering myself (or am authorised to register the candidate named) for IGCSE examinations, and I understand that giving false or misleading information may invalidate my entries and any results.

Statement of entry

I understand that my examination entries are confirmed only after the examinations office verifies my registration and any payment due. I am responsible for checking my Statement of Entry — including my name, subjects, and personal details — and for reporting any error to the examinations office before the published deadline.

Identity document

I will present a valid government identity document (Iqama, national ID, or passport) matching the name on my registration when required, including on examination days. I understand that my name must appear exactly as on that document, in the same order, and that a mismatch may prevent me from sitting an examination or receiving a certificate.

Fees and refunds

I understand that examination fees are payable in person and that my entries are confirmed only once payment is verified by the examinations office. Fees already paid to an examination board are generally non-refundable once entries are submitted to the board; any refund of a centre-collected amount is at the school's discretion and subject to the board's deadlines.

Declaration of consent

I consent to the school and its examinations office processing my personal data for the purpose of examination registration, verification, sitting, results, and the issuing of official documents, and to sharing the necessary data with the relevant examination board (Cambridge, OxfordAQA, or Pearson Edexcel). I understand my data is handled in line with the school's privacy practices.
